Yes. Every review on this page is pulled live from our Google Business Profile. We do not write, edit, or filter them, and we cannot remove one we do not like.
Do you ask every customer for a review?
We do. After a job is complete we ask, once, with a direct link to our Google page. Everyone gets the same link. There is no screening step, and there never will be.
What if something went wrong on my job?
Tell us first, and we will make it right; that is the standard we hold ourselves to. And if you still want to say so publicly, the review link is the same one everyone gets.
